Virtual shopping is a digital service where customers can browse and shop for products online, just as they would in a brick-and-mortar retail store!​

An associate working in-store connects with online customers via chat/messaging and video calling. Through this real-time connection shoppers can ask questions and receive product recommendations.

 

Virtual shopping is also helping to secure the longevity of physical brick-and-mortar retailers, allowing them to reach a wider customer base and provide more goods and services to a great community of online shoppers.

Let us assist you by being your own personal virtual shopper! We want our shop to be accessible by as many people as we can possibly can and extend our knowledge and wares beyond those who are local to us/physically able to visit our location. With a virtual shopping appointment one of our team members will get ahold of you via video chat (Zoom, FaceTime, or Facebook Messenger) and take you on a tour of our shop. We will converse with you, help you figure out what you're looking for or needing regarding your specific purpose or intention, and we will do our best to get you what you need! From there we will collect shipping information, create an invoice for your order, and ship it out to you!
